Meet Your New Account Manager: Sarah Keyse Blakely

Over the next few weeks, you will likely start interacting with a new face at AmpliFund. To help you get acquainted with your new Account Manager, Sarah Keyse Blakely, she’s sharing what she hopes to bring to the role and how she plans to help you achieve your goals with AmpliFund.
Let’s start with giving AmpliFund customers a little insight into your professional background.
“I worked in the healthcare industry for the last seven years. I started in members’ services, working directly with patients. Following that I managed the operational team, and, before moving to AmpliFund, I was working as an Account Manager. We worked with a lot of hospital systems, so I’m used to working with large medical institutions and large organizations. This helped me understand that, no matter the size of the organization, each will have complex and unique processes, and it’s the Account Manager’s job to take the time to learn about them.”
So what inspired you to make the move to AmpliFund as the Account Manager?
“I’ve always been interested in helping organizations that give back, whether it be non-profit or public sector. So basically, it was the mission of AmpliFund and the missions of the customers that made me want to work here.
Plus, as soon as I came here and met everyone, I knew that this was a group of people I wanted to work with. I was looking to work with a team of people that is passionate about what they do, that they like working here. Working with a collaborative and supportive team is really important to me, and it came through quickly that was the spirit of this team.”
How can AmpliFund customers expect to work with you in this role?
“Once customers are through implementation, I will be their main point of contact. I’m here to assist customers with training needs, achieving their organizational goals, and demonstrating the value of AmpliFund to their leadership team.”
What are you hoping to bring to this role to best help AmpliFund customers achieve their missions?
“I believe in working proactively, not reactively. So, I will be presenting the values of AmpliFund to customers before they even have to ask.
I also have a lot of experience in collaborating with internal teams to make sure customers are given the best solution.”
Now that we know more about your role at AmpliFund, can you tell us about some of your hobbies outside of work?
“I love running and nature and traveling. I volunteer for the Cuyahoga Valley National Park, and I’m about to be an Ohio-certified volunteer naturalist. I’m also a certified frog watcher!”
Any last things you want the AmpliFund customers to know about you?
“I’m here to help you reach your goals! And don’t be afraid to be transparent about your experience with AmpliFund. That way we can work together so I can best help you and your organization achieve success.”
