Personal Information may include, but is not limited to, your name, phone number and email address (“Personal Information”). StreamLink may also collect Personal Information from you if you choose to opt-in to participate in applications, surveys or contests. You are responsible for the quality and accuracy of any information you provide to StreamLink.

If you decide at any time that you no longer wish to receive any such communications, please follow the unsubscribe instructions provided in any such communication. Further, your privacy and email settings may be easily adjusted via your account settings at any time.
We may employ third party service providers to provide services on our behalf or to perform services related to administration of the websites or App (including, without limitation, maintenance, hosting and database management services, web analytics, payment processing and administration). These third parties have access to your Personal Information only to the extent necessary to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use your Personal Information for any other purpose.
Except as otherwise provided elsewhere in this policy, StreamLink will not disclose your Personal Information obtained through the Services to third parties other than StreamLink’s service providers, affiliates, vendors and business partners unless StreamLink has the good faith belief that disclosure is reasonably necessary to:

- Protect the property and rights of StreamLink and such service providers, affiliates, vendors and business partners;
- Protect the safety of the public or any person;
- Prevent or stop any activity we may consider to be, or to pose a risk of being, illegal, unethical, inappropriate or legally actionable;
- Complete, as permitted by law, a business sale, asset transfer, merger, acquisition or reorganization; or
- Fix or debug problems with the websites or App, or StreamLink’s servers, software or service.
Logging and cookies
As you use the Services, our servers automatically record information that the browser sends whenever it points to a website or other online service (“Log Data”). Log Data may include, but is not limited to, a computer’s Internet Protocol address, browser type, the web page visited before arriving at the website and information searched for, or viewed, on the website and profile information viewed via the website.
Like many online service providers, we use “cookies” to collect information. A cookie is a small data file that we transfer to a computer for record-keeping purposes. We use “persistent cookies” to save usernames and passwords for future logins to the website or App. We use “session ID cookies” to enable certain features of our service, to better understand how the User interacts with the Services, to monitor web traffic routing on the websites or software application, and to monitor aggregate usage of the website and software application. Certain browsers can be instructed to stop accepting cookies and/or to issue a prompt before accepting a cookie. If a browser being used by a User does not accept cookies, that User may not be able to use all portions of the website or all functionality of our services.
We may share aggregated information that includes non-identifying information and Log Data with third parties for industry analysis, demographic profiling, and to deliver targeted advertising about other products and services, all for the sole benefit of StreamLink. Users and others using the Services will not be compensated such aggregated or non-identifying information.
Choices about how we use and disclose your information
We strive to provide you with choices regarding the personal information you provide to us. We have created mechanisms to provide you with the following control over your information:
Promotional Offers from the Company. If you do not wish to have your information used by the Company to promote our own or third parties’ products or services, you can opt-out by emailing email@example.com or clicking on “Unsubscribe” on the bottom of any Marketing email. If we have sent you a promotional email, you may send us a return email asking to be omitted from future email distributions. This opt out does not apply to information provided to the Company as a result of a product purchase, warranty registration, product service experience or other transactions.
Changing or deleting your information
Your information will be retained indefinitely unless you request its deletion, or we decide to delete information that is no longer needed. You may review, update, correct or delete the Personal Information in your registration profile by logging into your account and changing the “user preferences” associated with your account. If you completely delete all such information, your account may be deactivated. We may retain an archived copy of your records as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
Protecting the privacy of children is especially important. For that reason, we never collect or maintain information at our Site from those we know are under age 13, and no part of our Services are structured to attract anyone under 13. If the parent or guardian of a child under 13 believes that the child has provided us with any information, the parent or guardian of that child should contact us if they want this information deleted from our files. If StreamLink obtains knowledge from any source that it has information about a child under 13 in retrievable form in its files, we will delete that information from our existing files.
Third party sites and sponsors
You may find advertising or other content on our Services that link to the sites and services of our partners, suppliers, advertisers, sponsors, licensors and other third parties. StreamLink makes no endorsement of or representations regarding, and may not be deemed responsible for, the information, privacy or other practices of any website that is linked to the Services. Any advertisers or others with websites linked to the Services may have their own terms and conditions. You should review any such terms and conditions, including the information, privacy and other policies and practices, prior to accessing or further using such advertisers’ or others’ websites.
California privacy rights
Pursuant to California’s “Shine the Light” law, California residents who provide personal information (as defined in the applicable statute) to obtain products or services for personal, family, or household use are entitled to request and obtain from us, once a calendar year, information about the personal information we shared, if any, with other businesses for marketing uses. StreamLink does not, at any time, share your personal information with a third party with whom we know, or have reason to believe, uses your personal information to undertake independent direct marketing. StreamLink is not subject and is not legally required to respond to data requests undertaken pursuant, to the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018, as amended (“CCPA”). However, if you have questions or concerns about StreamLink’s data processing activities, please contact in accordance with the instructions provided below in the “Contact Information” section, and we will seek to accommodate any question or request you may have.
Nevada privacy rights
Pursuant to Nevada law, a “consumer” (as the term is defined therein), may, at any time, submit a verified request through a designated request address to an “operator” directing the operator not to make any sale of his or her personal information that the operator has collected or will collect about the consumer. For clarity purposes, StreamLink does not sell or exchange your personal information for monetary consideration to a third party for the third party to license or sell the information to additional persons or parties.
